The world of professional athletics demands total commitment and dedication. Tomi Tatham, the head of TNT Training began to form his incredible work ethic at a young age, spending all his time outside school and on the weekends practicing in pursuit of the ultimate goal: to compete at the top level as a Professional Boxer. Amongst Tomi boxing achievements he was ranked #4 in the UK Light Heavy Weight ranking and won The Intercontinental Challenge Master title. In March 2017 Tomi retired from professional boxing and pursued his passion to train others through TNT Training. Alongside Tomi, Kris also known as Drago, is a TNT Trainer; an International gold medalist kick boxer with the work ethic and enthusiasm to help you to achieve your goals.

A full body circuit based workout that uses all levels of fitness and can be adapted for all levels of strength, speed, power, endurance and hypertrophy.

A full body fitness class that has emphasis on punching and body weight movements to shape and sculpt a stronger, fitter, more balanced you. Any fitness levels welcome as;

    Tomi was recommended to me by a couple of friends, my fitness was low and weight was high. After a couple of months with Tomi my weight had dropped and my strength and stamina had increased.
    Prior to going to circuits and doing one pt session a week I could not run 20yds, due to pain in my knees, I now regularly run 3 - 4 miles.
    As I have got stronger, Tomi is regularly changing my plan to fit with my needs. I cannot recommend him enough.

    I never hesitate to recommend Tomi to anyone! He is punctual, knowledgeable and very professional in his work. 
    Tomi started helping me over a year ago after i contacted him about some Personal Training sessions. I was unhappy with myself and slowly gaining weight which, although I was keen to address, I couldn’t motivate myself to religiously train, and even if I could, I absolutely wouldn’t have been doing it right! 
    Tomi is more than a personal trainer, he's genuinely passionate about his clients results! “Clients” is the wrong word, “friends” would be a better description for everyone he works with. 
    We now work together twice a week and I love it. We set targets, Tomi tailors the workouts to suit and we smash goals! I’m stronger, fitter and healthier and couldn’t be more pleased I got in touch with him. 
    I attend his circuit classes twice a week which are great fun and great cardio to accompany the weight training. Everyone who goes, young and old, all leave with big smiles. Even my 11 year old son constantly hassles me to book another session for him with Tomi! 
    I’ve yet to meet anyone who has a bad word to say about Tomi, he inspires me and I’m a better person for knowing him. He has an infectious smile and is relentlessly positive!
