We have partnered with a select number of security companies who regularly attend our training courses to headhunt the cream of the crop (based on our recommendation) from our learners, but we don’t stop there because we often work alongside them when the opportunity arises to see our ‘minions’ in action. Having a career spanning 8 years in Project Management for several government agencies (DWP, IR & HMPS) and banking institutions (Barclays and Halifax), I was given the responsibility for the planning, managing and delivering of projects, where my organisational, analytical and interpersonal skills were put to good use.
Previous to this, I worked for a national charity in Employability and Health & Safety, where lead a team in assisting the long-term unemployed to gain work experience and qualifications by improving their confidence, interview techniques and application capabilities in all vocational areas.
Throughout my career I have gained an NVQ level 5 in Leadership and Management, NVQ level 3 in Information, Advice and Guidance and Prince 2 Practitioner. During this time I have had 3 companies to date; my first being an IT company for 8 years, before creating SainTs Training Ltd which ran for 9 years. Now established TNT Training Ltd which I launched on the 1st of January 2024.
